How Media Intelligence System handles account, workspace, and monitoring data.

Last updated: May 20, 2026

Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name, email address, organization name, workspace settings, authentication events, billing status, and support messages.

When you use Media Intelligence System, we process monitoring configuration such as keywords, tracked channels, saved filters, dashboard preferences, and usage activity inside your workspace.

The platform may also store publicly available media and social content returned by configured monitoring jobs, including article titles, post text, public engagement metrics, source names, links, timestamps, thumbnails, and sentiment or analytics metadata generated by the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide the product, authenticate users, manage workspaces, run monitoring jobs, generate analytics, maintain security, send operational notifications, and improve reliability.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand product performance, diagnose issues, and improve features. We do not use your private workspace data to sell advertising profiles.

Sharing and processors

We share information only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect the platform, complete a business transaction, or act on your instructions.

Our processors may include infrastructure, database, authentication, analytics, monitoring, email, and payment providers. They are permitted to process data only for the services they provide to us.

Customer content and public sources

You control the keywords, accounts, and channels configured in your workspace. You are responsible for ensuring that your monitoring activity complies with applicable laws, platform terms, and internal policies.

Content collected from public sources remains subject to the rights, restrictions, and availability of those sources. Removing a source item from the internet does not automatically remove historical analytics already stored in your workspace.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, workspace, monitoring, billing, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Workspace owners may request deletion of account data. Some records may be retained where required for security, financial, legal, or backup purposes.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, authentication, database-level authorization, transport encryption, logging, and operational monitoring.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use strong authentication practices and keep account access limited to authorized users.

Your choices

Depending on your location and role in the workspace, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal information.

Workspace administrators can manage team membership, roles, monitored keywords, and configured channels from the account settings and monitoring areas of the product.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, legal requirements, or operating practices change. When changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the product or another appropriate channel.
