Terms

The rules for using Media Intelligence System and related services.

Last updated: May 20, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of Media Intelligence System, including the web application, monitoring workflows, dashboards, analytics, and related services.

By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

The service

Media Intelligence System helps teams monitor public news and social channels, manage keywords and tracked accounts, review content streams, and analyze sentiment, engagement, and trends.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product development.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing members, permissions, billing, configured channels, and monitored topics.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, scrape private or restricted content without authorization, interfere with platform operations, distribute malware, or attempt to reverse engineer or overload the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that configured monitoring jobs comply with applicable laws, social platform terms, source restrictions, and your organization policies.

Customer data

You retain ownership of the data, configurations, and content you submit to the service. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, secure, and support that data for the purpose of providing the service.

Public media and social content collected by the service may be owned by third parties or governed by third-party terms. The service does not transfer ownership of that content to you.

Analytics and accuracy

Analytics, sentiment, classification, and trend outputs are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You should review important decisions with appropriate human judgment and source verification.

Source availability, engagement metrics, and historical records may change due to third-party platform behavior, API limits, deleted content, or data processing delays.

Billing

Paid plans, usage limits, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and payment terms are shown during checkout or in your billing settings. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees for the plan you select.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise in a written agreement, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that may harm us, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the service at any time. Workspace owners may request account deletion, subject to retention needed for legal, security, billing, or backup purposes.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
